Բենզինի շուկա՞, թե՞ «ջրի ճամփա». Շաբոյանը փայլում է

Տնտեսական մրցակցության պետական հանձնաժողովի, նույնն է, թե Հայաստանում մենաշնորհների, օլիգարխիայի ու մի քիչ էլ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը կրկին փայլում է։ Վերջինս, մեկնաբանելով վերջին օրերին բենզինի գնի մոտ 20 դրամով էժանացումը, նշել է, որ այն պայմանավորված է շուկա նոր ներկրողի մուտք գործելով։ Սա, ըստ էության, ցնցող նորություն է, քանի որ մինչ այդ բոլորս գիտեինք, թե բենզինի ներկրումը մենաշնորհային ոլորտ է և հանգիստ շարունակում էինք մնալ մեր գործին՝ չհավակնելով դառնալ բենզին ներկրող։ Սակայն պարզվում է, որ հայաստանյան բենզինի շուկան բաց է բոլորի համար, ընդ որում, ոչ միայն բաց է, այլև նոր ներկրողի՝ շուկա մուտք գործելուց անմիջապես հետո բենզինի գները իջնում են, այսինքն՝ շահում են նաև վարորդները։
Գուցե մեր ազգային մենթալիտետին հատուկ կասկածամտությունից ելնելով՝ Շաբոյանի մեկնաբանությունները մի շարք հարցեր են առաջացնում։ Վերջին մեկ-երկու տարվա կտրվածքով Հայաստանում բենզինի գները նվազել, ապա բարձրացել են շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ անգամ՝ մոտավորապես նույն՝ 10-20 դրամ տատանումներով։ Փաստորեն, եթե գնային այս տատանումները պայմանավորված են այս շուկա նոր ներկրողների մուտք գործելով, ստացվում է, որ օրինակ՝ 1 տարում բենզինի շուկամտնում և դուրս է գալիս շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ ներկրող կամ էլ գուցե նույն ներկրողն է մի քանի ամիսը մեկ մուտք գործում շուկա և գուրս գալիս։ Եթե հետևենք այս տրամաբանությանը, ապա ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանում բենզինի շուկան, ժողովրդական խոսքով ասած, դարձել է ներկրողների համար «ջրի ճամփա»։
Վերջապես, հարց է ծագում, որ եթե նոր ներկողի հայտնվելով բենզինի գները նվազել են, ապա ինչու չեն նվազել մինչ իրենց իրական գնային նշաձողը, որը տարբեր տնտեսագիտական հաշվարկներով տատանվում է 280-300 դրամի սահմաններում։
