Ոչ ստանդարտ կառավարություն

Կառավարության ծրագիրը, ինչպես և սպասելի էր, Ազգային ժողովի կողմից հավանության արժանացավ 85 կողմ ձայնով։ Ծրագրի մասին իր ելույթում ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ կառավարությունը ոչ ստանդարտ լուծումներով խնդիր է դրել երկրում իրավիճակ փոխել։ Վերջերս Կարեն Կարապետյանի թեթև ձեռքով շրջանառության մեջ մտած այս արտահայտությունը հավակնում է դառնալ նորանշանակ կառավարության բրենդը և առաջիկայում թերևս Կարապետյանի կաբինետին անդրադառնալիս պետք է այն կոչենք ոչ ստանդարտ կառավարություն։ Իրականում էլ այս կառավարությունը Հանրապետականի համար ստանդարտից դուրս է, քանի որ սոցցանցերից մեկում օրեր առաջ կառավարության կատակ գնահատականի համաձայն՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարության մեջ հանրապետականներից մնացել են միայն դաշնակցականները։
Իրականում, սակայն, կառավարությունն առավել քան ստանդարտ է, քանի որ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ են նշանակվել համենայնդեպս առաջին հայացքից պրոֆեսիոնալներ և ոչ թե հանրապետականներ։ Թե ինչ արդյունքներ կտա նոր կառավարության գործունեությունը, առավել ևս ծրագրի հաստատումից հետո, կարող ենք դատել առնվազն ընդունված կանոնի համաձայն՝ 100 օր հետո։
Իսկ առայժմ պետք է միայն հուսալ, որ կառավարության ոչ ստանդարտությունը դառնա սկզբունք և այդ սկզբունքը լինի միայն պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը։ Հակառակ դեպքում ինչգնահատական էլ տանք կառավարությանը, ինչ ծրագիր էլ այն ունենա և վերջապես ինչ խոստումներ էլ տա, կրկին կհամալրի Հայաստանի ձախողված կառավարությունների շարքը։
