Սփյուռքի ներուժի ներգրավումը ՀՀ պետականաշինության գործում. համահայկական համաժողովը շարունակել է աշխատանքները

Լրագրողների 8-րդ համահայկական համաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 21-ին շարունակեց աշխատանքները «Սփյուռքի ներուժի ներգրավումը ՀՀ պետականաշինության գործում» թեմատիկ նիստով, որը վարեցին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժիկ Սրապիոնյանը, «Ազդակ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Շահան Գանտահարյանը, «Նոյյան տապան» մեդիա հոլդինգի տնօրեն Տիգրան Հարությունյանը, Լիբանանի Հայ երիտասարդաց ընկերակցության մամլո և տեղեկատվության պատասխանատու Ահարոն Շխրտմյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
«Սփյուռքի ուծացման ու ձուլման հոլովույթը» զեկույցով հանդես եկավ Կանադայի «Հորիզոն» շաբաթաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Վահագն Գարագաշյանը, նա անդրադարձավ տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում Սփյուռքի համայնքներում ուծացման գործընթացի պատճառներին և հետևանքներին, նշեց այն ուղիներն ու միջոցները, որոնցով հնարավոր է պայքարել այդ երևույթի դեմ:
Ռուսաստանի «Ժամ» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Աննա Գիվարգիզյանը ներկայացրեց Ռուսաստանում հայապահպանությանն ուղղված ծրագրերը, իրականացվող աշխատանքները և այդ գործում լրատվամիջոցների դերակատարությունը:
Օտար միջավայրում ազգային և մշակութային արժեքների տարածման գործում հայ պարբերական մամուլի դերին անդրադարձավ Իրանի «Համայնք» լրատվական ցանցի պատասխանատու Ռուբիկ Սարդարյանը:
«ՀՀ դիվանագիտությունը, սփյուռքյան կառույցները, համագործակցության ուղիները և համշենահայերը» թեմայով համապարփակ զեկույց ներկայացրեց Ռուսաստանի «Հայկական տեղեկատվական կենտրոն» կայքի թղթակից Սաիդա Օհանյանը: Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությանն ու անձամբ նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանին համշենահայերին աջակցելու համար: «Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը մեծապես նպաստել է համշենահայերի՝ ազգային ինքնությանը վերադարձին և Հայրենիքի հետ կապերի ամրապնդման գործին»,- նշեց նա:
Լիբանանի «Ազդակ» օրաթերթի թղթակից Տոնիկ Տոնապետյանն անդրադարձավ ՀՀ պետականաշինության գործում Սփյուռքի ներուժի ներգրավման հարցին, նշեց այն գործիքները, որոնց կիրառմամաբ առավել արդյունավետ կդառնա այդ ներուժի համախմբումն ու ուղորդումը: Նա կարևորեց երկքաղաքացիության ինստիտուտի ընդլայնումը:
Ֆրանսիայի «Լուսավոր Ավետիս» կայքի թղթակից Տիգրան Փաշաբեզյանը ներկայացրեց «Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք` 25-ամյա համագործակցության հանրագումարները հետագա անելիքները՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքում և հարակից տարածաշրջանում առկա մարտահրավերների պայմաններում» զեկույցը:
