«Շանթ 2015» զորավարժություններին ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն օպերատիվ և կազմակերպված է գործել

«Շանթ 2015» զորավարժությունների շրջանակներում սեպտեմեբերի 5-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում տեղի է ունեցել ամփոփիչ խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են վարժանքին ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների մասնակցության արդյունքները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությունը վարում էր ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը:
Ներկա էին գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք զորավարժությանը մասնակցել էին դիտորդի կարգավիճակով, ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամներ, կենտրոնական ապարատի, մարզային վարչությունների և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ:
Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները վերլուծել են ոստիկանության օպերատիվ գործողությունները՝ հասարակական կարգի և անվտանգության ապահովման, գերատեսչությունների պայմանական տարհանման, փախստականների ճամբարի կազմակերպման, պարետային ժամի ռեժիմով վերակարգերի ծառայության իրականացման ուղղությամբ, հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման և բացահայտման միջոցառումների ընթացքը, բնակչության հետ տարված բացատրական աշխատանքների համալիրը և այլն:
Քննարկվել են զորավարժությունների ընթացքում ոստիկանության իրականացրած միջոցառումներն՝ ըստ խաղաղ ժամանակաշրջանից պատերազմականի փոխադրման, զորահավաքային, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության պլանների, ինչպես և պահեստային կառավարման կետի պատրաստականության, գաղտնիության ռեժիմի ու անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման և մի շարք այլ խնդիրներ:
Դիտորդները դրական են գնահատել ոստիկանության ծառայությունների գործողությունները՝ նշելով դրանց օպերատիվությունն ու կազմակերպվածությունը:
