 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկման ժամանակ իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում անդրադարձավ ծրագրի վերաբերյալ պատգամավորների հնչեցրած քննադատությանը: ՀՀ վարչապետը նախ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց պատգամավորներին հնչեցրած առաջարկների, ինչպես նաև քննադատության համար: «Կան առաջարկներ, որոնք հետաքրքիր են և կիրառական ասպեկտ ունեն: Կային բաներ, որոնց տրամաբանությունը ես չհասկացա: Անկախ նրանիÖ , թե ինչպես կքվեարկեք, մենք բաց ենք ցանկացած առաջարկի, խորհրդի, քննադատության համար: Ուղղակի կխնդրեի, որ դրանք լինեն առարկայական և կիրառական»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց վարչապետը:

Վարչապետն անդրադարձավ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանի հայտարարությանը, թե կառավարությունը նախորդ կառավարությունների նման ծրագրում գրել է կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի մասին: «Բա ո՞նց անենք, եթե բոլորը գրել են, մենք չգրե՞նք: Հայտարարեցիք, որ ձեռնպահ կմնաք, քանի որ մենք չենք հորդորել, որ օֆշորներից պետության փողերը վերադարձնեն: Ես կարծում եմ, որ դա դեկլարատիվ է հնչում, ինչպես դուք եք մեզ հաճախ մեղադրում դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններ անելու մեջ»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորների դիտարկումներին, թե կառավարությունը ծրագիրը ներկայացրել է առանց տնտեսական վիճակի ախտորոշում անելու՝ վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ չեն արել ախտորոշում, բայց գրել են, որ պետք է անեն, քանի որ 20 օրը շատ քիչ ժամանակ է այդ ախտորոշումն իրականացնելու համար: «Ասում եք՝ ծրագրում թվեր չենք ներկայացրել: Եթե մենք չենք հասցրել ախտորոշումն անել, մեր գրած թվերին դուք կհավատայի՞ք, թե՞ ոչ: Բազմաթիվ երկրներում կառավարության ծրագրերում ընդհանրապես թվեր չեն լինում, իրենք ասում են ոնց են շարժվելու և թվերը դնում են բյուջեում: Սա ավելի շատ մոտեցման հարց է»,- պարզաբանեց վարչապետը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանն անդրադարձավ նաև ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորների մեղադրանքներին, թե կառավարությունը ծրագիր է ներկայացրել ընդամենը 6 ամսվա համար: «Եթե ավելի երկար ժամանակի համար գրեինք ծրագիրը, մեզ կմեղադրեիք, թե ինչ գիտենք, ինչ կլինի ընտրություններից հետո, որ երկարաժամկետ ծրագիր ենք ներկայացրել»:

Եզրափակելով ելույթը՝ վարչապետը ցանկություն հայտնեց պատգամավորներից լսել առավելագույնս պրագմատիկ և կիրառական առաջարկներ և խորհուրդներ: «Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՀՅԴ-ին և ՀՀԿ-ին աջակցության համար: Ես ցանկանում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ գնահատում ենք այն բեռը և այն ծանրաձողը, որը պետք է բարձրացնենք: Եթե միասնական լինենք, եթե փորձենք ամեն մեկս մեր քաղաքական և քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշումներն ակտիվ պահել, կարծում եմ՝ հաջողության կհասնենք»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը:
