Պատգամավորի հայտնությունը

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վարդան Այվազյանը, անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի տնտեսության մասին վարչապետի գնահատականներին, նշել է, որ վարչապետն անկեղծ է և իսկապես էլ երկրի տնտեսության վիճակն օրհասական է։ Չէ, երկրի տնտեսությունը կամ երկրում տնտեսության բացակայությունը իրենց մաշկի վրա զգում են Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքացիները։ Վարդան Այվազյանը, իհարկե, այս բոլորի մեջ չի մտնում, ինչպես չեն մտնում վարչապետը, կառավարության անդամները, ԱԺ պատգամավորների մեծ մասը։ Թերևս այսքանը՝ գումարած, անշուշտ, նրանց ծանոթ-բարեկամները։ Այս ամենով հանդերձ, պարզապես զարմանալի է հանրապետական պատգամավորի համաձայնությունը վարչապետի հետ, քանի որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունից հետո մեր պատգամավորը, պարզվում է, որ տեսել է երկրի տնտեսության օրհասական վիճակը։
Ի դեպ, այստեղ խնդիրը բոլորովին էլ Վարդան Այվազյանին չի վերաբերում, քանի որ և՛ հանրապետական, և՛ ընդդիմադիր բոլոր պատգամավորներն էլ նմանատիպ հարցին միաբերան կպնդեն, որ իսկապես վարչապետը ճիշտ է։ Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, հարցը մնում է օդից կախված, թե ինչու էին մեր պատգամավորները մոտ, չափազանց մոտ անցյալում նույնպիսի համերաշխությամբ պնդում, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարությունը առնվազն բավարար չափով կատարում է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները։ Ընդ որում, գրեթե նույն տեքստով կառավարություն կազմելուց հետո Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն էլ նշում էր, որ երկրի տնտեսության վիճակն օրհասական է։ Բոլորը նրա հետ համաձայնում էին և լծվում երկիրը ոտքի կանգնեցնելու գործին, որը, ինչպես պարզվում է Կարեն Կարապետյանի գալուց հետո, ձախողվել է։ Չնայած այս մասին երևի Ազգային ժողովում տեղյակ չէին, քանի որ հետևում են միայն համապատասխան լրատվամիջոցի լրատվությանը, որտեղից չէին կարող իմանալ երկրում առկա ծանր վիճակի մասին։
Մեր պատգամավորների նման փոփոխականությունն ու «քաղաքական ճկունությունը» մեզ ստիպում է մտածել, որ ոչ միայն պատգամավորներին, այլև մեր բոլոր չինովնիկներին ու ղեկավարներին պետք է շարունակ և հաճախակի հիշեցնել, որ երկրի վիճակն օրհասական է։ Նրանք, բնականաբար, միաբերան կհամաձայնեն, եթե այդ մասին խոսի վարչապետը կամ նախագահը։ Եվ գուցե մի օր, բանավոր համաձայնություններից բացի, մենք կտեսնենք այդ օրհասական վիճակից դուրս բերելուն ուղղված օրենսդիրների և գործադիրի ջանքերը։
Չէ՞ որ հույսը, ինչպես ասում են, վերջինն է մեռնում։
