Ադրբեջանը դիվերսիոն գործողություններով փորձում է իր դեմքը փրկել: Ալիևը փորձում է ներքաղաքական դաշտում դիվիդենտներ ստանալ` ժողովրդին ցույց տալով իբր հայրենասեր է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի քարուղար Դավիթ Բաբայանն` անդրադառնալով հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի արևելյան և հարավային ուղղություններում հակառակորդի ձեռնարկած դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձերին:
«Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի «բլից-կրիգը» ձախողվեց` Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ երեսը փրկի` դիմելով նման քայլերի, որոնք բնորոշ են հանցագործին: Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է դիվերսիոն փորձեր, գործի դնում դիպուկահարներին` ցույց տալով, որ ինքը կա: Դրանից բացի, Ալիևն այդ գործողություններով փորձում է ներքաղաքական դաշտում դիվիդենտներ ստանալ` ժողովրդին ցույց տալով, թե որքան հայրենասեր է: Այնինչ, դրան զուգահեռ շարունակում է թալանել ժողովրդին»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի այն դիտարկմանը, թե որքանով են այս գործողությունները կապված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների այցի հետ, Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ անմիջականորեն կապված չեն:
«Անմիջականորեն կապված չեն, սակայն պետք է նկատել, որ նման այցերի ժամանակ սահմանին Ադրբեջանի գործողություններն ակտիվանում են: Իհարկե, անտրամաբանական է համանախագահների այցելության ժամանակ նման գործողությունների դիմելը, սակայն հանցագործ պետությունը տրամաբանությամբ չի շարժվում»,-հավելեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին` ժամը 23:00-23:30 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի արևելյան և հարավային ուղղություններում հակառակորդըձեռնարկել է դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձեր: ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները ժամանակին հավաստանշել են ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայինների առաջխաղացու մը և կորուստներպատճառելով հետ շպրտել իրենց ելման դիրքեր: Դիվերսիոն խմբին դիմագրավելու ընթացքում ՊԲ-ն կորուստներ չի ունեցել:
