«Իրավունքը» վերջերս անդրադարձել Էր, որ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի տված հրահանգը՝ նախարարություններում կրճատումներ իրականացնելու մասին, բավական անխնա կատարել Էր պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ու նոր հեռացել պաշտոնից։ Եվ եթե այն ժամանակ նշել էինք, որ մոտ 100 զինվորական Է ազատվել Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, հիմա առավել ուշագրավ փաստեր են մեզ հայտնի դարձել։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Ս. Օհանյանը չի խնայել անգամ հավաքարարներին և բանվորներին՝ այգեպաններին ու ձյուն մաքրողներին։ Օրինակ, եթե նախկինում 580 քմ երեք հարկանի տարածքը մաքրում Էին երեք հավաքարար, ապա նախկին նախարարի կարծիքով՝ այդ ամենը կարող Է անել մեկը։ Նույնպիսի խայտառակ իրավիճակում են հայտնվել նաև բանվորները։ Ի դեպ, ոչ տրամաբանական կրճատումներից բացի, կրճատվել են նաև մի շարք ՊՆ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը՝ մոտ 25-30 հազար դրամի չափով։ Սակայն, հիմա ՊՆ աշխատակիցներին առավել շատ հուզում Է այն հարցը, թե արդյոք տեղի ունեցած կադրային ջարդի և աշխատավարձի նվազեցման մասին տեղյակ Է պաշտպանության նորանշանակ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը և ինչ Է պատրաստվում անել, քանի որ նախարարության շարքերում մարդիկ հայտնվել են հուսահատ վիճակում։ Ի վերջո, ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ նույն այդ աշխատակիցներն անձնական տարբեր պատճառներով վարկեր ունեն բանկերում, որոնք վերցրել են այն հուսով, որ կկարողանան իրենց աշխատավարձով փակել, սակայն այսօր կամ գործազուրկ են մնացել, կամ էլ՝ ցածր աշխատավարձով»,–գրում է թերթը։
