Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքում հումանիտար միջանցքներ են բացվել խաղաղ բնակիչների եւ զինված ընդդիմադիրների դուրս գալու համար, սակայն, ինչպես հաղորդում Է BBC-ն, հոկտեմբերի 20-ին սիրիական հեռուստատեսությամբ Բուսթան ալ Քասրի շրջանից ցուցադրված կադրերում լսվում են պայթյուններ եւ զենքը վայր դնելու պահանջներ, որոնք հասցեագրված են ապստամբներին, տ եղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Հալեպում «հումանիտար դադարը», որի ընթացքում քաղաքից պետք Է հեռանան խաղաղ բնակիչները, վիրավորները, ինչպես նաեւ դրան համաձայն ապստամբները, սկսվել Է Երեւանի ժամանակով առավոտյան ժամը 9-ից: Դրա շրջանակներում սիրիական բանակը 11 ժամով դադարեցրել Է մարտական գործողությունները, եւ ութ միջանցք Է բացվել:
Զինյալների եւ խաղաղ բնակիչների համար հումանիտար տարբեր միջանցքներ են գործում: Բուսթան ալ Քասրի շրջանը, որտեղից արված նկարահանումներում կրակոցներ ու պայթյուններ Էին լսվում, ավելի մոտ Է գտնվում «քաղաքացիական միջանցքներից» մեկին:
Ինչպես պնդում Է տեղական հեռուստատեսությունը, միջանցքներից մի քանիսը գնդակոծում են արմատական խմբավորումներին պատկանող դիպուկահարները: Ինչպես հայտնել Է SANA գործակալությունը, Սիրիայի իշխանությունները հումանիտար միջանցքների գնդակոծման համար մեղադրել են ծայրահեղականներին:
