ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան ոչ պաշտոնական նիստ կանցկացնի Հալեպի իրադրության շուրջ

 ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, օրվա երկրորդ կեսին ոչ պաշտոնական նիստ կանցկացնի Սիրիայի շուրջ, որի ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի Հալեպի իրադրությանը, որտեղ ուժի մեջ Է մտել Ռուսաստանի եւ Սիրիայի կողմից հայտարարված հումանիտար դադարը: Հանդիպումը, որն սկսվելու Է Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 23:00-ին, անցկացվում Է Կանադաի ու եւս 69 պետությունների նախաձեռնությամբ, որոնք ստորագրել են ԳԱ-ի 71-րդ նստաշրջանի նախագահ Փիթեր Թոմսոնին ուղղված դիմումը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Նամակի համահեղինակները հորդորել են միջազգային հանրակցությանը՝ «կատարել զանգվածային գազանություններից ու անիմաստ բռնությունից սիրիացիներին պաշտպանելու իր պարտավորությունները»,-ասված Է ՄԱԿ-ին առընթեր Կանադայի մշտական ներկայացուցչության պաշտոնական կայքում զետեղված հաղորդագրության մեջ: Նիստում ելույթ կունենան համաշխարհային կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Գի Մունը եւ Սիրիայի խնդրով նրա հատուկ պատվիրակ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան, որոնք կզեկուցեն երկրում տիրող իրադրության եւ արյունահեղության դադարեցման նպատակով գործադրվոջանքերի մասին:

Ինչպես հայտարարել Է Կանադայի ԱԳ նախարար Ստեֆան Դիոնը, որը մասնակցելու Է հանդիպմանը, Կանադայի կողմից նախաձեռնված միջոցառման նպատակը ՄԱԿ-ին մոբիլիզացնելն Է սիրիացիներին պաշտպանելու համար: «Մենք խորապես անհանգստացած ենք այն բանից, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն ընդունակ չեղավ արձագանքել սիրիացիների հսկայական հումանիտար կարիքներին, ինչպես նաեւ դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անձանց վրա հարձակումները Հալեպում եւ Սիրիայի այլ մասերում: Այդ ողբերգության զոհերն արժանի են, որ ձեռնարկվեն գործողություններ, ներառյալ մարտական գործողություննե րի դադարեցման՝ ստուգելի եւ պարտադիր ռեժիմի հաստատումը, լիակատար ու անարգել հումանիտար մուտքի ապահովումը եւ բանակցությունների վերսկսումը»,-հայտարարել Է նախարարը Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում կայանալիք քննարկումների նախաշեմին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
