Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Լևոն Տեր—Պետրոսյանը մի շարք առաջարկներ է հնչեցրել նոր վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին՝ երկիրը ծայրաստիճան ծանր վիճակից դուրս բերելու ծրարգրերի իրականացման համար։ 
Առաջին նախագահի առաջարկների հիմնական առանցքն այն էր, որ մեր երկրի ամենամեծ չարիքը կոռուպցիան է, և այն պետք է վերացնել։ Նա ասում է բաներ, որոնց մասին գիտեն բոլորը՝ և շատ լավ՝ սահմանանամերձ գոտում ապրող ծեր պապիկից մինչև մայարաքաղաքի դպրոցականներ։

Հիմա ես չեմ հասկանում, դեռ ինչքան պետք է այս կամ այն գործիչները ամեն օր «առաջարկներ» կամ ելույթներ ուղղեն նոր կառավարությանը կրկնելով շատ պարզ ճշմարտություններ և գոնե այդ խնդիրների վերացման եղանականեր չառջարկել։ Ախր հարգելիներս, մենք բոլորս գիտենք մեր երկրի հիվանդությունը, դիագնոզւ վաղուց արդեն տրված է այս ժողովրդի կողմից։ Դա նույնն է որ քաղցկեղով հիվանդ մարդուն նաընդհատ տարբեր մարդիկ հիշացնեն իր մահացու հիվանդության մասին, բայց եթե այդ հիվանդին բուժելու ցանկություն չկա, որն է իմաստը նման ելույթների։ Ես վստահ եմ ՝ առաջին նախագահը լավ գիտի, որ այս կառավարությունը ոչինչ էլ չի փոխելու և հատկապես արմատախիլ չի անելու կոռուպցիան, որից սնվում և որի վրա գոյատևում է այդ նույն կառավարությունը և իշխանության մյուս թևերը։ 
Ուրեմն որն է նման կոչերի իմաստւ, հոգնել ենք ձեր կոչերից, գոնե լուռ կործանեք երկիրը՝ առանց շատախոսելու։
