Քննիչներին ծեծի ենթարկած Ստեփանավանի 48-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ստեփանավանի 48-ամյա բնակչին` Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ստեփանավանի 48-ամյա բնակիչը 2015 թվականի հունիսի 3-ին`ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանավանի Բաղրամյան եւ Մեղապարտ փողոցների խաչմերուկի բանուկ մասում վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել մի խումբ անձանց հետ, որի ընթացքում տեւական ժամանակ դիտավորությամբ խախտել է հասարակական կարգը, խաթարել երթեւեկությունը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսեւորել հասարակության նկատմամբ` փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ տվել եւ միմյանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրել` ձեռքերով եւ ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել միմյանց մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:
Նշված միջադեպը նկատել են աշխատանքից տուն վերադարձող, Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները: Նրանք մոտեցել են վիճաբանող տղամարդկանց եւ ներկայանալով որպես ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչներ`պահանջել են դադարեցնել վեճը: Սակայն 48-ամյա տղամարդը եւ վիճաբանության մի քանի մասնակիցներ բռնություն են գործադրել քննիչների նկատմամբ`բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցնելով նրանց մարմնի տարբեր մասերին եւ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա Ստեփանավանի 48-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով ու 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում` դեպքի բազմակողմանի եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
