«Ժողովուրդ». Մոտ 30 հազար սպառող ՀԷՑ-ի կողմից խաբվում է

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը վաղը կայանալիք նիստում պատրաստվում է 5 մլն դրամի չափով տուգանել «Հայաստան էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ին: Տուգանելու նախաձեռնության համար առիթ է հանդիսացել այն փաստը, որ ՀԷՑ-ը չի կարգավորել էլէներգիայի հաշվիչների գործունեությունը:
Բանն այն է, որ այս տարվա ապրիլին պարզվել էր, որ էլէներգիայի հազարավոր հաշվիչներ ժամային շեղումներով են գործում: Ապրիլին ՀԷՑ-ին ժամանակ էր տրվել, որ մինչեւ օգոստոսի 1-ը ավարտեր հաշվիչների կարգավորման գործընթացը: Սակայն դա չի իրականացվել, եւ պարզվում է՝ մոտ 30 հազար հաշվիչներ ժամանակային շեղում ունեն:
Այսինքն՝ կարող ենք ասել, որ այս պահի դրությամբ մոտ 30 հազար սպառող ՀԷՑ-ի կողմից խաբվում է, քանի որ նրա սպառած էլէներգիայի վարձավճարը ճիշտ չի հաշվարկվում: Ավելին՝ սպառողներն անգամ տեղյակ էլ չեն, որ իրենց խաբում են:
Ինչեւէ: Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը ՀԷՑ մամուլի պատասխանատու Նատալիա Սարջանյանից փորձեց պարզել, թե արդյոք իրենք առարկում են նշված նախագծի դեմ: Ի պատասխան՝ մամուլի պատասխանատուն ասաց, որ նիստի ընթացքում իրենց ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները կներկայացնեն իրենց փաստարկները: Սակայն ողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ փաստարկները երկու տեսակի են լինում՝ բացատրության կամ առարկությունների տեսքով: Երբ փորձեցինք այս հանգամանքը ճշտել, Նատալիա Սարջանյանը պատասխանեց. «Մինչեւ նիստ չեմ կարող ասել»:
