Ադրբեջանական բանկերը հոկտեմբերի 19-ին մեկ դոլարի դիմաց առք 1,6250 եւ վաճառք 1,6280 մանաթ փոխարժեքը բարձրացրել են 1,350 առքի եւ 1,6400 վաճառքի:
Դոլարի վաճառքի ամենացածր փոխարժեքը եղել է Kapital Bank բանկում, որի առջեւ զգալի հերթեր են գոյացել:
