Նորայր Նորիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
1988-ից շուրջ 30 տարի անց էլ, ըստ էության, հայ ժողովրդի առջև նույն խնդիրն է դրված՝ պայքար ազատության համար:
Գոնե իմ պատկերացմամբ՝ ներկայիս արտաքին մարտահրավերները ավելի վտանգավոր են, քան 10 կամ 20 տարի առաջ:
Մեր տարածաշրջանում ընթանում են աշխարհաքաղաքական կարևորագույն գործընթացներ, և ցավալիորեն, կան պետություններ, որոնք մեր փոքրիկ հայրենիքը պատկերացնում են լոկ մանրադրամ իրենց աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերը սպասարկելու և առաջ քաշելու գործում:
Այս տեսանկյունից առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները մեզ համար չափազանց կարևոր են, և մեծ հաշվով՝ ապագայի համատեքստում այն ընկալվելու է որպես ազատության և պետության ինքնիշխանության պահպանման ու ամրապնդման էական նշանակություն ունեցող գործընթաց:
Հետևաբար, այս հարցում որևէ մեկս սխալվելու իրավունք չունենք:
Ճիշտ հակառակը, իմ խորին համոզմամբ՝ մեր սերնդի առաքելությունը նշված գործընթացում ոչ թե պետք է սահմանափակվի զուտ ձևական առումով մասնակցությամբ, այլև այն պետք է համարձակորեն պատասխանատվություն վերցնի իր վրա և ստանձնի ազատության համար պայքարող հասարակության առաջնորդի դերը:
Իմ պատկերացմամբ՝ այդ ճանապարհին անկախության սերունդը պետք է հանդես գա հարվածն առաջինն ընդունողի, ճանապարհ հարթողի և հնարավոր հաջողությունը վավերացնողի դերում:
Գուցե ճակատագիրը մեր նկատմամբ քմահաճ է, բայց ի՞նչ արած, հարկադրված ենք ևս մեկ անգամ անցնել Ռուբիկոնը` դառնալով ապագայի պատասխանատվության խորհրդանիշ…
