Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ողջույնի խոսք է հղել Հայ մարմնակրթական ընդհանուր միության 11-րդ պատգամավորական ժողովի մասնակիցներին: Ինչպեստեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահի ողջույնի խոսքում ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ջերմորեն ողջունում եմ Հայ մարմնակրթական ընդհանուր միության 11-րդ պատգամավորական ժողովի մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին:

Արդեն բարի ավանդույթ է դարձել համահայկական տարբեր կառույցների ընդհանուր ժողովների գումարումը մայր հայրենիքում, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր և գնահատելի երևույթ է։ Հայ մարմնակրթական ընդհանուր միությունը ևս անմասն չէ այդ որդեգրած դիրքորոշումից։ Սա Հայաստան-սփյուռք գործակցության լավագույն օրինակներից է։

Մենք մշտապես եղել ենք հայկական կազմակերպությունների կողքին և ամեն ինչ անելու ենք հայրենիքի հետ կապն ավելի ամրապնդելու, հայրենիքի շուրջ համախմբվելու և հայաստանակենտրոն գործունեությունն առավել խթանելու համար։

Խորհրդանշական այս տարում, երբ համայն հայությունն աշխարհի առաջադեմ մարդկության հետ միասին նշում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցը, մենք մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցեցինք, որ անկոտրում է հայի կամքը, և վճռական՝ նրա ոգին, քանզի հաղթում են այն ժողովուրդները, որոնց պայքարն արդարացի է, և նպատակները՝ արդարացված։ Արցախյան հերոսամարտը ասածիս փայլուն վկայություններից է։ Այսօր մենք ավելի քան հաստատակամ ենք և քաջ գիտակցում ենք մեր վաղվա անելիքները, որոնք կյանքի պիտի կոչենք միասնաբար, ուս ուսի տված ջանադիր աշխատանքով։

Գրեթե մեկդարյա գոյության ընթացքում Հայ մարմնակրթական ընդհանուր միությունը բազմիցս ապացուցել է իր անմնացորդ նվիրումն աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում ապրող հայ երիտասարդների հայեցի դաստիարակության և հայապահպանության շնորհակալ գործին։ «Բարձրացիր, բարձրացուր»՝ ահա այն վեհ գաղափարը, որը Միության հենքը հանդիսանալով՝ տակավին արդիական է մնացել այսօր։ Հայոց պետության, Արցախ աշխարհի և սփյուռքի առջև ծառացած նոր մարտահրավերներն ավելի քան երբևէ ենթադրում են ուժերի համախմբում և խոհեմ գործելակերպ։ Մեր արդար դատի ճանապարհը համատեղ ենք անցնելու, մեր հաղթանակի կերտման ուղին միասին ենք հարթելու։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հավատացած եմ, որ պատգամավորական ժողովի ընթացքում ծավալված քննարկումները և կայացված որոշումները մեծապես կնպաստեն մեր ազգային առաջնահերթ խնդիրների լուծմանը՝ հօգուտ Հայաստան-Արցախ-սփյուռք եռամիասնության հզորացման, ի շահ համայն հայության։
