Ներդրո՞ղն է ուզում «գցել» նաիրիտցիներին

Արման Ալավերդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
«Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկման հարցը տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ մնում է ակտուալ: «Նաիրիտ-ի վերագործարկման հարցում մեծապես շահագրգռված են գործարանի նախկին աշխատակիցները, և նրանք մեծ հույսեր են կապում, որ կգտնվեն ներդրողներ, ովքեր մեծ միջոցներ կդնեն գործարանի կենդանացման համար:
Վերջերս «EU-ASIA Business Finance Centre» միջազգային հոլդինգի նախագահ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, թե իրենք պատրաստ են 100 մլն դոլարի ներդրում իրականացնել «Նաիրիտում»՝ այդ աշխատանքներում ներգրավելով մի շարք կազմակերպությունների, որոնք պատրաստ են աշխատել ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման վրա: Եվ այս համատեքստում պատահական չէ, որ Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունը գործարանի վերագործարկման շուրջ հույսեր առաջ բերեց, սակայն հետաքրքրական է՝ ինչքանով է իրական գործարանում ներդրում կատարելու Գրիգորյանի ծրագիրը, քանի որ ցանկացած ոք կարող է հայտարարություն անել, որ մտադիր է x գումարի ներդրում անել, սակայն «Նաիրիտ»-ի հարցում պետք է կոնկրետ մոտեցում:
Նախ՝ Գրիգորյանը հայտարարում է, թե մի շարք կազմակերպություններ՝ հոլդինգում ընդգրկված և հոլդինգի կազմից դուրս, ցանկություն են հայտնել աշխատել ներդրումային ծրագրի վրա, սակայն կոնկրետ այդ կազմակերպությունների կողմից «ձայն ու ծպտուն» չի լսվում: Ստացվում է, որ այս հարցում փորձում է ներկայանալ անհատը, այնինչ կազմակերպությունները պետք է ներկայանան: Բացի այդ, երբ որ ներդրումային ծրագիր է ներկայացվում, ապա այն պետք է լինի լուրջ փաստարկված և հիմնովի ուսումնասիրության վրա, թե ինչ ուղղություն են ունենալու ներդրումները և ըստ այդմ՝ ինչ արդյունք է ակնկալվում:
Եթե այս հանգամանքները հաշվի ենք առնում, Աշոտ Գրիգորյանի առաջարկությունը անլուրջ տեսք է ստանում: Ու այս անլրջությունը հանգեցնելու է նաիրիտցիների շրջանում նոր հիասթափության: Մի՞թե նաիրիտցիներին ևս մեկ անգամ ուզում են «գցել», և այս անգամ «գցողը» լինի ներդողը:
