Թաիլանդում աղքատներին սեւ վերնաշապիկներ են բաժանում ազգային սգի կապակցությամբ

Թաիլանդի կառավարությունը 8 մլն սեւ վերնաշապիկ կբաժանի չունեւոր քաղաքացիներին՝ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին վախճանված Փումիպոն Ադուլյադեթ թագավորի հիշատակին հայտարարված ազգային սգի կապակցությամբ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է կառավարության հայտարարության մեջ, որը հոկտեմբերի 18- ին ընթերցվել Է երկրի բոլոր հեռուստաալիքներով:
«Քանի որ չունեւոր քաղաքացիներից շատերը ցանկանում են մասնակցել ազգային սգին եւ սեւ հագուստ կրել, նախարարների կաբինետը հանձնարարել Է պետական բանկերին՝ վճարել 50 բատ (1,6 դոլար) ինքնարժեքով 8 մլն վերնաշապիկների արտադրությունը՝ դրանք պետական հարկային մարմիններում որպես չունեւորներ գրանցված եւ հարկերից ազատված անձանց ու ընտանիքներին բաժանելու համար»,-նշվում Է հայտարարության մեջ:
Նաեւ խոշոր քաղաքներում եւ բազմաթիվ շրջանային կենտրոններում հագուստը սեւով ներկելու անվճար կետեր են բացվում:
Թագավորի մահվանից հետո պետական ծառայողները պարտավոր են մեկ տարվա ընթացքում սգո հագուստ կրել: Երկրի մնացած քաղաքացիները կարող են սեւ չհագնել, բայց նրանց, ինչպես նաեւ Թաիլանդում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին կառավարությունն առաջարկել Է «ոչ վառ գույների համեստ հագուստ» կրել:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել Է, որ Թաիլանդի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ են ժամանում Բանգկոկ՝ հարգանքի վերջին տուրքը մատուցելու Փումիպոն Ադուլյադեթ թագավորին: Ինչպես նշում Է տրանսպորտի նախարարությունը, երկրի գործնականում բոլոր նահանգներից զգալիորեն ավելացվել են ավտոբուսային եւ երկաթուղային չվերթները դեպի մայրաքաղաք: Փոխադրողներից շատերը որոշում են ընդունել իրենց ծառայությունները մատուցել անվճար: Թաիլանդական ավիաընկերությունները նույնպես ավելացրել են դեպի Բանգկոկ ներքին թռիչքների թվաքանակը: Թագավորության մայրաքաղաքում ծավալվել Է անվճար ավտոուսների ցանց, որոնք մարդկանց քաղաքի տարբեր վայրերից հասցնում են Թագավորական մեծ պալատի մերձակա Սանամ Լուանգ հրապարակ:
Ներկայում պալատի շրջակա տարածքը սգավորների հսկայական սեւ ծով Է հիշեցնում, որոնք երկար հերթեր են կազմել, որպեսզի հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեն հանգուցյալ թագավորին: Կամավորները կերակուր եւ ըմպելիք են հասցնում հերթում կանգնածներին: Այստեղ հավաքված հազարավոր մարդիկ չեն հեռանում նույնիսկ տեղատարափ անձրեւի ժամանակ, որը, օրինակ, մի քանի ժամ Է տեւել հոկտեմբերի 16-ին:
