ԱԳՆ-ն հրապարակել է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ ՀԱՊԿ հայտարարությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հրապարակել է Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի վերաբերյալ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվութան և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.
«Աջակցություն ենք հայտնում մայիսի 16-ին Վիեննայում և հունիսի 20-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի վերաբերյալ տեղի ունեցած գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին՝ ուղղված հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրման կանխարգելմանը, իրադրության կայունացմանը և խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի առաջ մղման համար պայմանների ստեղծմանը:
Հաստատելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ աջակցություն ենք հայտնում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին՝ ուղղված հակամարտության կարգավորմանը` միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի, ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության, Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի դրույթների, մասնավորապես` ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման, պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականության, ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հիման վրա»:
