Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կարեն Կարապետյանի պաշտոնավարման մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում կառավարության կազմը հասցրել է կրճատվել արդեն 20 տոկոսով։ Այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածի համար սա շատ լավ ցուցանիշ է, սակայն եթե կրճատումները սահմանափակվելու են այսքանով, ուրեմն՝ սա պարզապես մի կաթիլ է օվկիանոսում։
Եթե մենք խոսում ենք տնտեսական չափազանց վատ վիճակի, պետական բյուջեյի միջոցների խիստ խնայողությունների և այս խնդիրները հաղթահարելու մասին, ապա 20 տոկոսով այս հարցերը չեն լուծվի, քանի որ պետական համակարգում դեռ շատ-շաաատ են ոչինչ չանող, բայց աշխատավարձեր և հավելավճարներ ստացողները, անիմաստ խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամ սկզբունքի հիման վրա բացված հաստիքները։

Եթե խոսքն իսկապես պետական գերուռճացված և անարդյունավետ աշխատող համակարգը կոտրելու մասին է, ուրեմն՝ գործընթացը պետք է շարունակվի նույն տեմպերով, դրվի նոր հիմքի վրա, այլապես կառավարության նոր կազմի այս ջանքերը, որը պաշտոնավարելու է մինչև ապրիլյան խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, չի կարողանա գործուն ազդեցություն թողնել պետական համակարգի հետագա աշխատանքի վրա, իսկ հաջորդ կառավարությունը, որի կազմը հնարավոր է՝ ամբողջությամբ փոխվի, դարձյալ կարող է վերադառնալ հին ավանդույթներին ու արագությամբ այդ 20 տոկոսով կրճատված հաստիքները լցնել իր ծանոթ-բարեկամներով։
