Իրաքի վարչապետը կրկին Թուրքիային նախազգուշացնող հայտարարություն է արել

Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդար էլ-Իբադին հանդիպել է իր երկրում օտարերկրյա առաքելությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ` ի թիվս այլ հարցերի անդրադառնալով նաև Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մաին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը:
«Ես լավատես չեմ Իրաքի հարցում Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշումից և հատկապես իրավիճակի հնարավոր լարումից: Մենք նախազգուշացնում ենք Թուրքիային հեռուն չգնալ Իրաքի ինքնիշխանությունը խախտելու հարցում»,- ասել է Իրաքի վարչապետը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Թուրքիան իր ներքին խնդիրները դուրս հանելու համար որդեգրել է Սադամ Հուսեյնի քաղաքականությունը: «Մենք պաշտոնապես չենք թույլատրել թուրքական զորքերի ներկայությունը Իրաքի տարածքում: Պահանջել ենք, որ հարգեն Իրաքի ինքնիշխանությունն ու անմիջապես դուրս քաշեն զինվորներին երկրի հյուսիսից: Թուրք զինվորների մնալը կվնասի երկու երկրի պատմական հարաբերություններին»,- ասել է Իբադին:
Անդրադառնալով Էրդողանի կողմից հնչեցված այն մեղադրանքին, թե Իրաքի քրդերը դատապարտված են ձուլման` վարչապետը հարցրել է` արդյոք Թուրքիայի քրդերին տրված են ռազմական և քաղաքական իրավունքներ:
Թուրքիայի և Իրաքի միջև հարաբերությունները լարվել են այն բանից հետո, ինչ Թուրքիայի մեջլիսը կողմ է քվեարկելԻրաքում շուրջ 2 հազարանոց զինված ուժերի տեղակայման ժամկետի երկարաձգմանը` պատճառաբանելով դա «ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարելու անհրաժեշտությամբ»:
Իրաքը դատապարտել է պաշտոնական Անկարայի նման որոշումը: Պաշտոնական Բաղդադը կատարվածն անվանել էրԻրաքի ինքնիշխանության իրավունքի ոտնահարում` պահանջելով դուրս բերել զորքերն իր տարածքից: Թուրքական կողմը, սակայն, մերժել է այդ պահանջը:
Հոկտեմբերի 5-ին Անկարան և Բաղդադը կանչել էին հակառակ երկրի դեսպաններին` հայտնելու իրենց մտահոգությունը խնդրի առնչությամբ: Իրաքը հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Միավորված ազգերիկազմակերպության Անվտանգության խորհրդից պահանջել է արտակարգ նիստ գումարել` կապված իր տարածքում թուրքական զինված ուժերի ներկայության անօրինականության հետ:
Թուրքական զորքերը տեղակայված են Մոսուլի Բաշիքայի ռազմաբազայում: Դրանք այդտեղ են հաստատվել դեռևս 2015 թվականից` «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմպայքարում իրաքցի զինվորներին և քրդական փեշմերգային վարժեցնելու հիմնավորմամբ:
