Արտյոմ Լևոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մի քանի շատ պրիմիտիվ ու հայտնի փաստեր վերջին շրջանից թե որքան խորն ու բարեկամական են մեր ԵԱՏՄիստ ու ՀԱՊԿիստ դաշնակիցների հետ հարաբերությունները.
1.Լավրովը որոշեց, որ հանուն Արցախի ու Հայաստանի շահերի կարելի է Թուրքիային ընդգրկել որպես միջնորդ ԼՂ հարցի կարգավորման համար
1.ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում եկան Հայաստան լայաղ չարեցին ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի մասին մամուլի առաջ հայտարարություն անել (հետո բացասական ազդակը ստացան՝ նոր սկսեցին աջ ու ձախ գրել, որ հայտարարություն են ընդունել)
2.Բելառուսի նախագահը, որ արարողակարգով պետք է Հայաստանի Նախագահի հետ մասնակցեր ասուլիսին՝ լայաղ չարեց 
3.Երկրորդ անգամ ըստ ռոտացիայի չընտրվեց ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը, որպես ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղար
4. Լուկաշենկոն Հայաստանին դեմ տվեց Արևմուտքին, դե ֆակտո նորմալ հարաբերությունները վտանգելով ու մեզ ակամա թշնամի սարքելով (պետք է ստիպենք...և այլն և այլն)

4.Արցախում քառօրյա պատերազմի ավարտից երկու օր անց Բելառուսը հայտարարեց, որ Բելառուսի ԶՈՒ-ն միայն Բելառուսի համար ա (դե որ քառօրյայի ժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ոչ մի երկիր հետույքը չշարժեցին էտ չեմ ասում, չնայած մի ԱՆՎՏԱՆԳՈՒԹՅԱՆ համակարգի մեջ ենք)
5. Քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Ռուսաստանը հասկացավ, որ արժի Ադրբեջանում համատեղ ռազմական արդյունաբերություն ստեղծել, վերականգնեց հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ
6. Դե Ղազախստանի՝ մեր նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը, ոնց որ պերմանենտ հասկանալի ա, որ շատ դրական ա՝ փաստեր չեմ բերում

Պրիմիտիվ, շատ պրիմիտիվ ու հայտնի-հրապարակային բաներ, որոնք ամեն կերպ կարդարացվեն մեր ռուսուլման բարեկամների կողմից: Բայց նույնիսկ նայելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում հավաքվածների դեմքերին, շարժուձևին կարող ես հասկանալ, թե իրանք ինչպես են վերաբերվում Հայաստանին ու մեր կողմին էլ նայելով կհասկանաս, թե ինչքան դիսկամֆորտ ա իրանց շրջապատում լինելը:

Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանից կտրվելը գին ունի, օրինակ էն գինը որ վճարեց Վրաստանը, այլապես չէր լինի սեպտեմբերի 3-ը և այլն: Բայց այսպես էլ կարող է ուշ, թե շուտ այդ նուն գինը վճարենք: Օրինակ Թուրքիան դառնա բանակցային կողմ, կամ ասենք ԼՂ-ի մի քանի շրջան տանք՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի հովանավորության տակ՝ ազատ տնտեսական գոտու տեսքով կամ ուտոպիա-ՀԱՊԿ-ի հովանավորությամբ:

Պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչպես կտրվել նվազագույն վնասներով ու աշխատել արևմուտքի հետ ինչ-որ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ստանալու ուղղությամբ: Պետք չի թշնամանալ Ռուսաստանի հետ, ուղղակի պետքա գտնել ձև չթշնամանալու կամ լինել, իսկապես դաշնակից, այլ ոչ խլելու ու լծակներով խեղդելու համար երկիր:

Հիմա հեքիաթի պես ա հնչում, բայց սենց դաշնակիցների հետ, կարողա նույնիսկ ամենավատ հեքիաթը վաղը երազանքը թվա:
