Թուրքիան ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում անելիք չունի. Շարմազանովը արձագանքել է Լավրովին

 Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը արձագանքել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Թուրքիան կարող է դրական դեր խաղալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում և հարցը դուրս բերել փակուղուց: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԱԺ փոխնախագահը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը՝ Թուրքիան ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման ործընթացում անելիք չունի մի շարք պատճառներով: «Թուրքիան համանախագահ երկիր չէ, իսկ համանախագահը կարող է փոխվել միան կոնսենսուսով, իսկ դրան մենք դեմ ենք: Ինչո՞ւ ենք մենք դեմ, որովհետև Թուրքիան այս տարիների ընթացքում ունեցել է միակողմանի, ադրբեջանամետ դիրքորոշում, իսկ երբեմն նաև հանցագործ դիրքորոշում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Նա ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարին հիշեցրեց ապրիլի 22-ին Երևանում հնչեցրած իր իսկ խոսքերն այն մասին, որ քառօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Թուրքիայի կոչերը ոչ թե խաղաղության, այլ պատերազմի կոչեր էին: «Թուրքիայի նման գործելաոճը դեմ է խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության պաշտոնական կարծիքին: Պարոն Լավրովն այդ ժամանակ նաև ասաց, որ Թուրքիայի գործելաոճը ոչ թե հարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման, այլ ռազմական կարգավորման կոչ էր: Մենք Լավրովի՝ ապրիլի 22-ին տված գնահատականի հետ լիովին համամիտ ենք: Այո, այս տարիների ընթացքում և քառօրյա պատերազմի ըն թացքում Թուրքիան ցուցաբերել է բացառապես հանցագործ, ադրբեջանամետ, պատերազմ հրահրելու դիրքորոշում, և Թուրքիան անելիք չունի ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացում: Որովհետև մեր նպատակը, հուսով եմ նաև համանախագահ երկրների նպատակը մեկն է՝ փոխզիջումների արդյունքում հասնել խաղաղ կարգավորման, այլ ոչ թե ռազմական լուծման»,- ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:

Հարցին, ի՞նչ է նշանակում, երբ նման հայտարարություն է հնչում ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի շուրթերից, ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը պատասխանեց. «Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահի շուրթերից էլ հնչում է, որ Թուրքիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում ոչ մի անելիք չունի: Մենք անկախ պետություն ենք և թույլ չենք տա, որպեսզի Թուրքիայի ռազմատենչ և ադրբեջանամետ դիրքորոշումները լինեն խաղաքարտեր: Թուրքիան անելիք չունի, որովհետև այդ երկիրը նախ պետք է իրականացնի իր պարտավորությունները: Շատ ավելի ճիշտ և ամբողջական կլիներ, որպեսզի միջազգային հանրույունը Թուրքիային ստիպեր կատարել իր կողմից ստանձնած ցյուրիխյան պարտավորությունները: Թուրքիան նաև պետք է ապաշրջափակի Հայաստանը»:

Հարցին՝ այս ամենը չի նշանակում, որ Թուրքիան և Ռուսաստանն այդ հարցում համաձայնության են եկել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ մասին խոսել է նաև Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն, Շարմազանովը կոչ արեց ուշադրություն չդարձնել թուրքական դիվանագիտության կեղծ տեղեկատվությանը: «Թուրքիան այս տարածաշրջանում իր դերն ավելացնելու խնդիր ունի: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Թուրքիան այսօր գնում է քաղաքական մեկուսացման ճանապարհով՝ այդ երկիրը ցանկանում է ցույց տալ, որ ինքը կա: Իհարկե, Թուրքիան խաղացողներից մեկն է, սակայն այն, որ նա ա նելիք չունի ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործում, փաստ է: Հայաստանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը երբեք չեն համաձայնի, որ Թուրքիան որևէ կերպ դերակատարում ունենա կարգավորման հարցում»,- եզրափակեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
